Shipping + Returns
Please note that we are currently experiencing delays. We are doing our absolute best to process orders within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted on a product's page. You will receive an email with the package tracking number once your order has shipped.
The delivery estimate you see at checkout references the amount of days it will take for your package to reach its destination from the date the package has shipped. For example, if the delivery estimate says 2-3 days, allow 5 days for processing + 3 days for shipping, for a total of 8 business days from your time of purchase.
Expedited shipping beyond the options presented at checkout are not available at this time. Please email email@example.com for any additional inquiries regarding shipping.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. All returned items must be unworn and undamaged with their original tags still attached. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization prior to shipping. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange within your message.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
